OK It Late so Lets make this quick.
Make the meatloaf recipe. shape into meatballs. A food scooper or there are even gadgets that make prefect meatballs
Fry in a skillet turning so it cooks all over till they are done. drain off any grease.
Now what do you do with them? That easy SPAGHETTI!!
Cook a pack of your favorite spaghetti about 12 oz. I like Skinner brand.
I use French's italian spaghetti sauce mix for the sauce and make it using
the pack instructions. Then I doctor it by adding a little garlic about 1/8 tsp.
and 2 or 3 shakes of oregano. To save from washing more dishes I make the Sauce in the same
pan the meatballs are in.
To serve lay a bed of spaghetti noodle on a plate or in a shallow bowl. top with some of the
sauce and a few of the meatballs. a sprinkle of parmesan cheese makes a nice topping if you like
it. Just don't go overboard with it. |

The size of the patties is what you want. divide mix into four or more patties or divide into meatballs. fry in a skillet. grease it with a little oil so the meat does not stick. After it browns abit turn over and brown other side. Cook till done. drain off grease. spinkle French's brown gravy mix over the meat. Pour 1 cup cold water over the meat and stir till blended. continue stirring over heat till it boils. reduce heat stir one minute. It's ready to eat or you can keep it warm over low heat if you need too. I like serving this with mash potatoes and green beans. If you like rice or noodle would work too. Salisbury Steak |

Welcome I am setting up this journal to exchange, discuss and trade recipes and cooking tips. Most the the young people I run into know little or nothing of cooking. Buying fast food all the time can be expentive. So I hope this site will help. A student nurse I meet a few days ago in the hospital and I got started talking cooking. Because of that talk I want to hand on some the things I learned over the years. I am a COOK! Not a Chief. So lets get Started. |
